Labourer and Machine Operator

Accountabilities

1. Reports to the Production Manager
2. Works on Projects consisting of residential and commercial contracts as Golf Courses, Parks, Municipalities etc.
3. Moving soil, equipment, and materials, digs holes to plant trees, and performs related duties to assist the production manager
4. Attaches wires from planted trees to stakes to support trees.
5. Farm duties as, cleanup, pruning trees
6. Experience with operating Skid Steers and Mini-Excavators

Skills Required

1. Good communicator, organized with good record keeping skills
2. Works well independently and as part of a team, reliable with a strong work ethic
3. Ability to work weekends as required
4. Able to work in all weather conditions
5. Health and Safety Certification
6. Machine operation experience
7. Must have a valid G Class Ontario Driver’s License
